Am I an academic racist?

Am I one of those people who just dislike everyone who doesn't study the same thing as myself? Am I an elitist saying that doing a different degree from a Science degree is not really smart enough for me?

I have realised that before I came to University Hall (a college), I only socialised with people who study science. And I pretty much still do.. I have a few Arts degree friends, but not many. I don't really talk about my lab work with my friends too much, at least not more with the scientific friends I have more than I do with my Arts degree, Teacher's degree etc.

Does that make me an academic racist?

Or does it simply mean that I demand a bit more of my friends than eternal sacrifice and support? That I actually demand an extremely high intelligence to be able to get anything from that friendship? I am NOT saying that everyone who doesn't study science are retards, I am saying that there is a higher percentage of people studying science who actually are on the same intellectual level as me.. Wait, what, that's probably saying the same thing, isn't it?

You know what, I don't care, I don't treat people in a bad way because they whether they might work side by side with me in a lab in the future, if they will teach my children History, if they will write a short novel that I love or if they will serve me Subway cookies on a Sunday morning. I don't treat them BADLY at all, so I am not a racist, maybe just a bit narrow-minded, without being very aware of it..

This is just babble, I have to think about this a bit more and write a better entry, I think...

Anywho...BATTLE OF THE BANDS TOMORROW!! YEEEY!
